It is evident as soon as you walk past the soaring glass façade and see the 100 year old brick juxtaposed against polished granite and brushed steel: Court Square is a meticulous fusion of the best of both yesterday and today. Nearly all of the spacious loft-style apartments feature exposed brick and 11+ foot ceilings supported by their original heavy wood timbers. New construction units possess their own particular qualities, including floor-to-ceiling glass in several living rooms. A thick concrete floor-topping and new demising walls utilizing staggered-stud acoustically

insulated construction will insure minimal noise transfer between apartments, and each individual residence has its own forced-air unit for heating and cooling. The building is pre-wired for telephone, cable, satellite television and high-speed Internet throughout. State-of-the-art open kitchens in every unit feature gas cooking and top of the line stainless steel appliances from brands such as Jenn Air and Bosch, while granite countertops and custom-milled wood cabinetry create kitchen workspaces as beautiful as they are functional.

The Court Square Press Company primarily printed checks and other financial documents for area banks and businesses. But in 1939 they printed the book Boston - Yesterday and Today, which contained an essay by renowned furniture historian Wallace Nutting as well as a piece by arctic explorer Admiral Byrd entitled "Why I Live in Boston".
